Q Now using the model of ST56L-3 layers and it is possible to use as 4 layers by adding of 1 layer? And it is possible to purchase only LED KIT and assemble with existing product?Tower Lamp: A
It is impossible to use by adding only LED KIT on the ST56L-3 product. Because internal components and structure will be changed when the layer is changed, it is impossible to assemble them personally. Please ask the distributor or QLight to inquiry the changing of specification.

Q Rated Voltage for LED KIT of Tower Lights is same specification or different per model?Tower Lamp: A
In case of LED KIT, voltage specification is different according to the products. Same voltage KIT with voltage of each product shall be applied to standard DC voltage Tower Light. But DC12V LED KIT shall be applied to the model of STD**L, ST**WL, USBB(S), ETNB(S). If you need to check the voltage specification for KIT per products, please inquiry to QLight.

Q In case of Tower Lights, is it possible to produce dual voltage available of AC and DC?Tower Lamp: A
In case of 12V and 24v model of ST45/56/80L, LF standard Tower Lights, it is possible to use both AC and DC voltage.

Q Is Hz (Frequency) marked on the products of Tower Lights?Tower Lamp: A
The standard of prevailing in Korea is 60Hz and the standard of QLight is also 60Hz. Therefore it is not marked separately in general and it will be marked for the specification of 50Hz.

Q Is it possible to produce ST45L model as AC24V?Tower Lamp: A
In case of ST45L model, generally it is possible to use DC24V product as AC24V. For reference, it is possible to use both AC and DC for the specification of 12V and 24V in ST45/56/80L, LF products.

Q Is it possible to produce cable length of 1.5M for ST45L?Tower Lamp: A
Standard cable length for Tower Light is 400mm, but if you designate 1.5m as option, it will be produced as custom made.

Q What is the thickness of power line for Tower Lights?Tower Lamp: A
In case of direct power supply type in the Tower Light, signal line is power line of 0.3Sq. In case of the specification for separated power line and signal line, power line is 0.75Sq. The standard per each line is UL1015-18AWG(0.3Sq) and UL1007-22AWG(0.75Sq).

Q Is it possible to control volume of Buzzer in the Tower Lights?Tower Lamp: A
It is impossible to control volume in the product of standard specification, but it can be produced as special specification. You can control volume by adjusting of volume control installed on the body.

Q Is it possible to produce the product of 2 tone buzzer sounds in the Tower Lights?Tower Lamp: A
In case of standard specification for Tower light buzzer type, there is only 1 tone of short interval (PI-PI-PI-PI-...), but 2 tones buzzer is available as custom made. Therefore please designate 2 tones buzzer specification as option when ordering. In additional, 5 kinds of buzzer sound can be operated in the special control tower light of USBB and ETNB type.

Q Do you have any model can use dual frequency of 50Hz and 60Hz in the Tower Lights?Tower Lamp: A
In case of the frequency of AC product, it is impossible to use as dual frequency of 50Hz and 60Hz, and you have to designate one frequency. If you don't request separately, it will be produced as 60Hz that is prevailing frequency in Korea.
