Q Purchased LW18 bracket for the mounting bracket of ST45L. It is possible to purchase LB18 bracket separately and exchange it personally?Tower Lamp: A
LW18 bracket is produced by the pipe of wall mounting type and LB18 bracket is produced by the pipe of standard type. Therefore it is impossible to use by changing of only bracket. That is not compatible. If you want to change the specification, please ask the distributor or QLight to purchase pipe and bracket together and change it.

Q Now using the model of ST56L-3 layers and it is possible to use as 4 layers by adding of 1 layer? And it is possible to purchase only LED KIT and assemble with existing product?Tower Lamp: A
It is impossible to use by adding only LED KIT on the ST56L-3 product. Because internal components and structure will be changed when the layer is changed, it is impossible to assemble them personally. Please ask the distributor or QLight to inquiry the changing of specification.

Q Is it possible to replace glass globe (Explosion proof tempered glass) of model of SEA?Heavy duty/Ex-proof: A
It is impossible to replace only glass globe because the model of SEA is Explosion proof product. Tempered glass shall be molding treatment with related parts for the function of explosion proof. Therefore it is impossible to replace only tempered glass. If you necessary, please contact the distributor or us.

Q When order for LED KIT of LED Tower Light product, do I have to divide DC24V and AC220V?Others: A
It must be divided exclude basic specification of DC product, because Voltage specification of LED KIT is different according to rated voltage and producing specification of product. Please purchase it after checking it with the distributor or us.
