Smart Factory

Qlight’s smart factory products enable you to establish a production monitoring system, andon system quickly and efficiently. There are wireless type, USB controlled type, Ethernet type, and CAN protocol type, and each product can be used through a program on a PC or smartphone. In addition, it can be used according to the customer's production system and program by using the developer DLL provided with the product.

Signal Tower Lights

Signal tower lights are essential to any facility and serve to communicate the status of the facility to the operator. Qlight's signal tower lights deliver audiovisual signals simultaneously with built-in buzzer, warning, melody, and alarm signals in various shapes. We are expanding the lineup of modular models that users can easily fasten without additional tools, which can be used in various ways according to the customer's industrial environment and needs.

It is a product that can transmit both visual and auditory signals at the same time, effectively conveying information about the surrounding situation. Therefore, it makes it easy for the operator to recognize the surrounding situation or issue. MP3 files can be played through SD card-type products, and users can select and use a sound source that suits the working environment and conditions.

Current News Qlight Conducts Training on Outgoing Inspection Process Improvement – Enhancing Inspection Efficiency and Product Quality through Production Schedule Optimization –
On October 1, 2025, Qlight’s Quality Control Team conducted a training session titled “Sharing the Effects of Outgoing Inspection Process Improvements Following Production Schedule Changes.”
The training was part of Qlight’s ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency in outgoing inspection operations and strengthen product quality stability. It aimed to ensure that on-site employees clearly understand the improvement measures and can effectively apply them in their daily work.
During the session, the Quality Control Team representative analyzed specific issues found in the existing production and inspection processes and presented an improved plan developed in collaboration with the Production Team.The new plan adjusts the schedule so that products scheduled for shipment are now completed a day in advance.
As a result, the Quality Control Team has been able to secure sufficient inspection time, reduce urgent inspection requests, respond more flexibly to unforeseen situations, and simplify production schedule management.
This improvement initiative is regarded as a successful example of synergy achieved through close cooperation between the Production and Quality teams.Qlight will continue to pursue on-site, continuous improvement and quality innovation to become an even more trusted company by its customers.
