Qlight develops a wireless process-type tower lamp
Qlight, a signaling device specialist, announced on the 14th that it had developed a \'wireless process type tower lamp\' for building a smart factory. This product is composed of 20 layers using LED. Equipped with a programmable function, various color changes and individual control are possible for each layer. The programmable function is a function that allows the user to set and change the operation of the product as desired. Users can set the lead time for each process and perform time sequence control through the provided program. Trigger control is also possible for each layer using an external pulse signal. In production processes with lead times and production sites where work progress must be checked according to the process, workers and managers can easily check the progress of the process. By applying color LEDs to the light source, 27 colors and each layer can be controlled, enabling more than 10,000 different patterns to be realized.The company explained that it can solve problems such as communication line installation, production line downtime, and communication problems between other types, which were problematic in existing signal information devices.
