Qlight develops a wireless process-type tower lamp
Qlight, a signaling device specialist, announced on the 14th that it had developed a \'wireless process type tower lamp\' for building a smart factory. This product is composed of 20 layers using LED. Equipped with a programmable function, various color changes and individual control are possible for each layer. The programmable function is a function that allows the user to set and change the operation of the product as desired. Users can set the lead time for each process and perform time sequence control through the provided program. Trigger control is also possible for each layer using an external pulse signal. In production processes with lead times and production sites where work progress must be checked according to the process, workers and managers can easily check the progress of the process. By applying color LEDs to the light source, 27 colors and each layer can be controlled, enabling more than 10,000 different patterns to be realized.The company explained that it can solve problems such as communication line installation, production line downtime, and communication problems between other types, which were problematic in existing signal information devices. TIIS Marked QTEXB now available
Qlight announces the acquisition of explosion proof certificate issued by Japan Technology Institution of Industrial Safety (TIIS) for our QTEXB model, explosion proof LED tower light with flame proof housing, on August 19th, 2019.
OTEXB is an industry first to enable a buzzer with a max sound output of 95dB at 1m. It adopts a Qlight proprietary flame arrester structure that meets strict Ex D II C standards which maximizes structure cooling while minimizing a decrease in sound output that can possibly happen with a flame arrester structure.
Qlight’s carefully designed and managed explosion proof products from development to shipment are facilitated by the use of our own explosion proof testing facilities. This R&D test facility complies with the strict IEC17025 standard which allows us to quickly improve the quality and reliability of our explosion proof products to meet many of the world leading industry standards bodies.

Now UL Listed QTR, STG, QCML Available
Qlight is pleased to announce the UL(Underwriters Laboratories) approval for its QTR and STG series, the modular tower lights, and QCML series, the LED light bars, on November 30th, 2018.
QTR series, modular LED steady/flashing tower lights, is complete modular type that the addition of modules can be achieved without the use of tools due to Qlight’s special the Lock-type structure. This series features soft and comfortable signal hue emitted through the translucent milky color filtered lens.
Qlight’s STG series, LED tower lights comes in size of Ø40mm and Ø50mm. The users can select between standard type and built-in buzzer type to fit specific application needs, and the standard type model ffers protection rating of IP65 in case of standard type.
Slim and compact LED light bars, QCML series, feature superior protection rating of IP67/IP69K which makes it desirable for food processing, pharmaceutical, and beverage machine applications that needs high temperature wash down.
The addition of UL-approved QTR,STG, and QCML series to Qlight’s product line expands our offering to North American market to support continuously growing needs and interest of American market to Qlight. QNE/QNES Received ATEX, IECEx, KCs Marks
Qlight announces the acquisition of the ATEX, IECEx, KCs certificate for our newly introduced QNE/QNES, explosion proof LED warning light series, on October 5th for IECEx and October 19th for both ATEX and KCs certificate.
Our QNE/QNES series is small-sized, lightweight LED signal/warning lights with flameproof protection. The series offers 4 different light function of steady/flashing, strobe and simulated revolving and 5 different warning sound selection(QNES) in one unit. Especially, this series features superior corrosion resistance and durability depending on user’s application scenario by offering 3 different housing material selection between aluminum, stainless steel, and brass.

Qlight Launching KCs Marked QTEX/QTEXB
Qlight proudly announces that it has launched sales of the QTEX/QTEXB series, explosion proof LED tower lights, with the KCs certificate issued by Korea Testing Laboratory(KCs), starting from August 30th, 2018.
QTEX/QTEXB tower light series is a Exd II CT6 grade explosion proof product that is specifically designed for application in hazardous explosive areas. Especially, QTEXB, the built-in buzzer type model, is carefully built featuring advanced triple-enclosed flame arrestor technology to enhance prevention of fire or explosion, while making sure to minimize sound output decrease of buzzer possibly caused by the flame arrestor structure.
