Successful Completion of Qlight China Employee Visit to Gimhae Production Headquarters and Training Center

“We felt the joy of face-to-face interaction and pride at the Korea headquarter”

From June 12 to 15, a delegation of 36 employees from Qlight China visited Qlight Co., Ltd.’s Gimhae Production Headquarters and Employee Training Center. This meaningful event was designed to strengthen ties with the headquarters, instill pride in the company, and provide an opportunity for participants to experience Korean culture—especially valuable given the limited chances for in-person exchange in recent years.

The visit began with a tea gathering at the Employee Training Center, "The Rabbit and the Ongdalsaem," which also marked the opening of the new Chaeundang Hall. In the afternoon, the group enjoyed a memorable yacht experience off the coast of Haeundae and Gwangalli in Busan, creating lasting memories for all participants.

On the second day, the group toured the production site at the Gimhae Headquarters and participated in department-level meetings for more direct communication. This was followed by cultural visits to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and the Haeundae Beach Train. In the evening, a welcome dinner provided a warm and engaging opportunity for networking with Korean HQ employees.

Due to rainy weather on the third day, the scheduled marine cable car and Taejongdae tour were replaced with shopping and lunch at the Lotte Dong-Busan Outlet. The group then leisurely explored the Nampo-dong area and Gwangalli Beach, further immersing themselves in Korean culture.

Participants unanimously expressed how the visit deepened their pride in the company and strengthened their sense of belonging and motivation for their work. Yang Tingting, Team Leader of the Production Department at the Qlight China, said, “This was my first time visiting Korea, and I was both excited and curious. It turned out to be a truly fantastic experience. I feel very grateful to the company and want to work even harder to be selected for future visits.” Many employees also shared their pride in working for a company with such a positive and supportive environment.
