Qlight completed Workspace Transformation for Employee well-being and Efficiency

Headquarters and Busan Business Center, aiming to provide a better working, communication, and growth environment for employees.
In addition, Qlight completed the construction of Chaewoondang, a new annex to its employee training center The Rabbit and the Spring, and officially opened it in June 2025. Further advancing its dual commitment to employee welfare and community engagement.
This large-scale renovation was part of Qlight’s welfare roadmap initiated in 2022. It included from relocating Shanghai office, remodeling the Busan Business Center, restructuring logistics center at the production lines, expanding community and auditorium, and constructing the new Chaewoondang annex at the employee training center. Qlight has systematically improved its spaces in line with the roles and purpose of each site. These upgrades served as a catalyst for stronger employee engagement, improved welfare systems, and a more dynamic corporate culture.
1. Gimhae production headquarters – Creating space for Both Function and Welfare
1) Community Center (Fitness Center, Book Cafe, Cafeteria)


(1) Fitness center
Fitness Center: Equipped with 15 types of machines and 4 ping-pong tables, the space promotes health and foster inter-department communication


(2) Book café
Features bookshelves, cafe seating, bean bags, and tables to create a relaxing and learning-friendly environment.


(3) Cafeteria
Spacious enough for more than 120 people, decorated with natural scenery and improved hygiene standards.


2) Auditorium
Accommodates up to 200 people for meetings, workshops, training, and events.


3) Q1 Logistics center
A dedicated logistics and storage space optimized for inventory tracking, accessibility, and streamlined logistics.

2. Busan Business Center - A Complex Workspace Fostering Wellness and Creativity

Shared by the Overseas Sales and Domestic Sales teams to enhance collaboration and focus.

Includes cafe, lounge, bookshelves, and meeting rooms to support both relaxation and learning.

3. Employee training center - A Welfare Hub Connecting Rest, Learning, and Community
“The Rabbit and the Spring” has been reborn as a multifunctional complex with the addition of Chaewoondang in June 2025. The annex is open to local residents for free and includes a banquet hall, book café, remote working areas, and modern accommodations—reinforcing Qlight’s dual focus on corporate welfare and social responsibility.

This improvement initiative went beyond physical renovations, achieving three core objectives: enhancing quality of life, strengthening organizational capabilities, and building a platform for community engagement.
