(CEO Heon-Gil Choi) was recently certified as the “Youth-Friendly Enterprise in 2021” by the Ministry of Employment and Labor of Korean government. ⠀⠀“Youth-Friendly Enterprise” is a certification where the Ministry of Employment and Labor annually grants to companies that creat youth-friendly work place with excellent performance, in pursuit of providing better company information that young people needs when they seek jobs. Qlight, with recognition of its excellence in areas such as both in wage averages and wage growth rate, it was selected as the best company of all the certified companies this year in the fields of”’Excellent Wage Company” and “Excellent Work-Life Balance Companies” in that it successfully implemented welfare policies to provide a well-balanced life of employees. Certified as a “Youth-Friendly Enterprise in 2021”, following a “Family-Friendly Certificated Company” in 2019 and a “Global Small Giant Company” in 2020, Qlight has been acknowledged of its continued effort in serving local community by building concrete foundations for exceeding work condition for employees. “We have been making great efforts to improve the working environment and welfare level of our employees, and recently, we have implemented various work training and career development systems to improve work efficiency and work competency of employees while dramatically reducing physical working hours. Qlight Co., Ltd.(CEO Heon-gil Choi) announced that Qlight has been selected as a global small giant company in 2020 by Ministry of SMEs and Startups.Global small giant project is seeking innovative small and medium sized enterprises with potential of growth that are last year’s turnover is KRW 10 billion to KRW 100 billion or exporting amounts are over USD 5 million to make them as leading export companies as well as representative enterprises in a certain province. As an audible & visual signaling device and industrial LED work light manufacturer, Qlight developed an industry-leading technology by introducing new signaling devices that can be applied for Smart Factory system. On top of that, Qlight has been a market leader in terms of an innovation of manufacturing industry by focusing on diverse type of automatic solution monitoring systems based on state of the art signaling device technology. Qlight official explained the main reason of being selected as a global small giant company is that exporting volume has been increased consecutively because Qlgiht has dedicated to introduce cutting edge solutions that are improving industrial safety and efficiency. Qidong Plant in Operation Soon
Heon-Gil Choi, the CEO of Qlight has announced that the Qidong Factory in Jiangsu Province, China will complete construction and start operation in January 2020. Headquartered in Korea, Qlight entered the Chinese market in 2000 with their Shanghai factory and has since been producing industrial LED lightings and signal information equipment. In order to meet the increasing demand for Qlight’s products in China and around the world, the company has expanded from their current Shanghai Plant to a brand new state-of-the-art 12,500m’ factory in the Qidong Binhai Industrial Complex. This factory will be the largest of its kind in the signal information equipment industry in China. Furthermore, the existing Shanghai plant will be converted into a sales site to provide better support to our customers in China and strengthen our competitiveness in the world market. Qlight will also increase its product portfolio to include a lineup of LED work lights for construction equipment, explosion-proof LED lighting, aviation obstruction lights, and wireless controlled signal information devices for smart factories. The new Qidong factory is streamlined to a single manufacturing process flow to improve productivity from receiving, assembly, final inspection and shipment of the finished products. In order to ensure continued leadership in the industrial signaling industry, Qlight’s Qidong plant has a reliability center, a clean room, and a production floor temperature and humidity management system which will allow it to introduce Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment in the future. Qlight Begins Construction the Qidong Factory, China
Largest in industry with the latest production and management system, expects sales increase by up to 300%

Qlight Shanghai Electronics has started construction of a new factory in Qidong, China on September 25 in order to support continued market competitiveness for increasing sales demand.
The plant is located in Qidong Binghai Industrial Park in Jiashan City, Jiangsu Province, and covers an area of 13,300 square meters and a land area of 12,500 square meters. The plant is ideally located a short distance from main expressways, ports and airports. The driving distance is approximately an hour away(53km) from Pudong, Shanghai. The industrial park also includes numerous self-sufficient facilities which make it an excellent location for plant operation and attracting a highly talented work force.
Qlight’s new factory will be equipped with advanced production quality and logistics systems such as an automated inspection system as well as a product lifetime and reliability laboratory. These new facilities will help Qlight cope with the rapidly growing demand in China through efficient site management.
The CEO of Qlight Heon-gil Choi says, “The Qlight Qidong factory will be the largest in the industrial signaling industry with the latest production and management technologies” and “It is expected that the sales in China which has been increasing tremendously by 25-30% for the past few years will continue to increase by up to 300% after the Qidong factory begins operation.”.
The factory is due to be completed on October, 2019 and start production in the last quarter of 2019.

Qlight Korea Completes Plant Expansion on April 2018
Qlight Korea has completed construction of its Site 3 Plant at our headquarters located in Busan, South Korea, in order to increase our production capacity and secure additional capacity for future growth. Sitting on a 42,625ft2 and a total floor area of 29,062ft2 in Gimhae, the plant is capable of producing a wide range of Qlight products including fully enclosed heavy duty products and explosion-proof products. This site is expected to increase Qlights total annual production capability by up to 35%.
The newly completed Site 3 Plant is divided into a office building and a factory building. The office building consists of 3 stories with the first floor occupied by the quality control team and the outgoing inspection team. The second and third floor is used as an employee welfare center which includes a cafeteria, gym, and resting lounge. The factory building is a modern manufacturing facility which used innovative construction techniques to build our cutting-edge manufacturing lines and testing facilities.
Qlight expects that this high-tech factory will help us continue to maintain our market leadership with the use of unique production techniques such as our flexible customer-driven small batch production system, high efficiency SCM system, and cell-based production system to successfully meet rapidly growing needs of our customers from the US and Europe.
